Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. But may take up to 2 weeks due to high order volume.

You will receive a tracking number after a purchase to enter in the order tracking page, with which you can follow your package. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.

 2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, incorrect or outdated address.

 3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times 

We provide 1 shipping option:

Standard Shipping for Free Worldwide (Delivery Within Approx. 1-3 Weeks)

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or any other world holidays. These delivery times are an indication of the average time for an order, they are not a guaranty. In case of a delay in the delivery time caused by the shipping company or any other event Upztore will not be held responsible. Delays in the delivery times does not qualify for a refund. For some heavy package such as furniture, shipment might be done by sea cargo which will take more time than indicated.

 4. Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a [PO BOX] or to a [MILITARY ADDRESS]

 5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

 6. Returns and Refunds

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
